Sorry to hear that, and this is where LH has totally screwed up, and again showed how short sighted they are.

They’ve acted like they are the only business in the world affected by Covid, and use that to justify to themselves their illegal and deceptive behaviour (ie not giving refunds).

I’m sure a large portion of their customers urgently needed those funds.. and they won’t forget that LH treated them this way.
