There are some exceptions of course.
I do not think that fhe flights can be filled with a high yield with just one-wayer (EU citizens flying to EU; US citizens flying to the US);
However, with that policies in place, running such flights makes no economic sense.
Those flights WILL take place, no doubts.

Regardless of some peoples fear on travelling there is still people, who need to fly and who want to fly.
Entey restrictions to US are also not absolute — there is long list of different visa types, by what it is still allowed to enter.
