So, presumably, there would be no issue with me, ordinarily resident in the USA, flying to the UK and then self-isolating at my parents' home in Newcastle? That seems to be expressly permitted under Section 4 (4) b of the Regulation.

It just seems a little bizarre that I could self-isolate with people who themselves are not required to self-isolate.
