Experienced the today on a Budget rental. $45 charge added to my bill due to tank sensor in a Kia Soul. The sensor must have been broken because I had just filled it up. Agent didn’t say anything but I noticed the erronious charge and went back to argue. She said the fuel charges are automated with cars that have the system. Had to find a manager to take it off.
