So I wrote to the Icelandic Transport Authority last week and a refund from Icelandair has appeared on my credit card. I haven't received any communication from Icelandair though.

I do have a problem still : I originally had a ticket from KEF to DUB which I paid about 300$ for. A few months later, I paid a change fee of 275$ to change my destination to Glasgow. Looking at the refund amount on my credit card, Icelandair only refunded me the 275$ change fee. Shouldn't I be refunded the full amount I originally paid for my ticket?
