Best time to call to cancel avios booking?
Morning all
I have an avios booking I need to cancel (4xCW avios bookings to Singapore using x2 241) that sadly can't be used now due to the current situation. As BA won't allow you to cancel of cash online - I've tried to call on 6 different occasions. I've either been meet with the we can't answer right now or been cut off after c45mins waiting.
Is there a good time to call or is perseverance the only strategy.
It's all rather frustrating as I can wait for the cash - but have my eye on some different reward flights and need the voucher and avios back!
