Possibility one:
If completely non-flown, call BA Gold or if your profile is outdated, call 0800 727 800 and you'll get a full refund.

Possibility two:
If this is the return portion of your ticket, call BA before making any rash decisions and get a cancellation quote. Remember you can also change to any date in ticket validity.
