That is a bit odd - I had a pick up at FAT and there was not exit agent since all the keys were kept in the Alamo booth. The exit gate was kept open too. Agent gave me a choice of 20 vehicles since they did not have a pick up or pick anything from the aisle. Out of curiosity - was your Pacifica with Louisiana plates?
