Finally went to an “Asian” supermarket for the first time in ages. In this case, it was Kukje and they’re a korean grocer. Most products were korean but thankfully they had Japanese Kit Kat products!

i saw STRAWBERRY CHERRIES for the first time ever in my life. Also saw the new trendy rose strawberries. Their pricing seemed high for Rainier at $8.99/lb because I assumed that they would be less than a more western grocer in sf. Then I got sticker shock when I saw their boneless short ribs at $25.99/lb because I’m not used to paying so much for meat unless maybe it’s a fancy steak. Their actual rib eye was maybe $14.99/lb and I’m already long steak so I didn’t get any.
