Just reading on the BBC that pubs will need to keep their music at a low volume to reduce the need for shouting to make oneself heard.

Will this also be enforced in the lounges, not the music bit but rather the no shouting, specifically those charming individuals who would qualify for the DYKWIA thread for loud phone conversations. Perhaps a ban on walking around whilst on the phone could be enacted too.

This could turn out to be a small silver lining if true.
