Im pretty confident. Not sure which BA lhr lounge, but whichever one is the more 'open', I would suspect.
I was expecting you go to a server and ask for what you want. So with the new guidance i suspect maybe a little delay until BA/BS figure it out.
But it will be demand related if I were BA
