T-Mobile has given us some insight in their press release for the 7100t:

I'm guessing the cheap plan will have 1000 minutes and there will be a 1500 minute plan for $20 more.
I dropped by our local store today. They had one of the mock-ups behind the counter and I got to play with it. Very cool size -- I'm looking forward to playing with a working model on Thursday or Friday.
