Well... they aren't exactly superimposed, in terms of network. They have, what, 3 or 4 routes in direct competition? neither of them in 'core' hubs or markets. The fact that LEVEL Europe has gone bust (without offering flights on Vueling, or IB, or BA) says a lot IMHO.
