Are they allowed to charge the fare difference if they cancelled my original flight? I have no interest in getting a voucher and I understand they are not giving full refunds either.
They are running quite the racket and teetering on insolvency. The only remedy seems to be to file a DOT complaint and do a credit card chargeback. They've not providing any flexibility whatsoever. I could have had the pleasure of paying another $3400 on a $2700 ticket to possibly use it at some point in the future. Yah, right.
