Hi all,

My father in law will be transiting to Bodrum in J sometime in August from Stockholm. He has an ongoing health condition with additional walking difficulties and is nervous of being in a public are for too long. I have sought to reassure him that TK is offering a hygienic service.

My question:

When he lands into IST - do J passengers get collected by bus or other service provision to take them to the lounge?
Can assistance be sought such that he can use a buggy to navigate the airport?

If someone could describe the steps between landing and takeoff during this CV period that would be most helpful.
