I have now complained to the
Icelandic Transport Authority. Clicking first on Aviation and then on Passengers takes you to a page that includes an email address. A representative has replied that they are forwarding my complaint to Icelandair for a response within two weeks. They will then review it and issue a "binding decision."
The next financial crunch point is apparently a
June 29 shareholders' meeting.
