Someone replying to onemileatatime suggested the issue may be related to the shower and bathrooms as a whole as the attendant that cleans them isn't crew but staff for which there are no allowances for Quarantine etc, Emirates had an issue with this last year and I can only imagine Covid making that worse. Else the Govt is keeping them as the ultimate social distancing in the air

Assuming the 380 comes back into inventory at all !
