Most flights will be cancelled at the 15-day mark before the intended flight. Cash refunds wont be provided - just vouchers.
I don't necessarily agree with this sentiment as Virgin and Delta are at least starting with cities that have been authorized by the US government to receive international flights unlike BA/American who are selling seats on non-stop flights to Phoenix (from July), Charlotte, Philadelphia, Raleigh-Durham (from 1st August) and none of those cities have been approved to even accept non-stop international flights from outside the US. Also, the Virgin flights are a gradual build-up so intially it's less than once a week to JFK and then more will be added in as demand increases.
