was that timely? The only time I got one was when cancellations completely disrupted a trip (all segments gone) and they sent this 8 weeks later. I had waited since I didn't know yet what I wanted to do with this reservation. All the other ones I dealt with myself within 1-2 weeks of the cancellation and for none of these I ever got a message from UA.
