how would one transfer without a bus?
Someone with current knowledge may show up but the situation still seems to be: the train (ATS) is still shut down and there is a land side shuttle bus between the terminals to replace it. The air side shuttle bus is still shut down. So you have to exit security, take a short bus ride, and go through security at T5. An hour and a quarter is pretty marginal for that, though things may be quiet at present. I wouldn't attempt it.
