Angry Clarify on UA's CV-19 cancellation/changes policy
FWIW, the wording on UA's website about booking flights states "...you now have until June 30 to change or cancel any travel you’ve booked through the end of the year without fees."

Just to be clear, you CANNOT cancel your flight, you can only received credits for future travel.
