All 18 F seats have full recline. AB are quieter than EF as with EF you will have the traffic of all F pax going to the toilets AND all the traffic of all FA's doing meal services, etc (E is not ao bad as F). The buffet area is just in front of those seats meaning they are in full view of all (not much privacy) and do not have much of seat pocket nor can you store bags in front of you.
They are the less desirable seats in the F cabin but way ahead of any C class seat. On long haull they are often used by the resting cockpit crews when F is not full.
If you have the choice of AB or EF definitly take AB
