We have flights on LOT air on August 13-23 from IAD-WAW. They are being difficult with rescheduling and only allowing us to reschedule to March 31, 2020, any thoughts on next options. We are traveling with my FIL who is 70 and has diabetes and my wife is an infectious disease scientist so we will not be traveling, but we don't want to go to Poland in the winter. They should be flying then and you should be allowed into the EU. It’s hard to tell at the moment even if they do restart, which flights will operate but being allowed to rebook until 31st March 2021 is in line with their policy. If you have flexible tickets, then use that instead. It might be worth holding off until nearer the time to see if the US will allow the flight to operate or if LOT is going to operate it.
