Driving off, don't you receive an email?
I don't remember this happening ever before, with any company:
Prior to pick-up, I have reservation e-mail AND the agreement breakdown is also visible in my profile...Well after I picked-up today, no new email came. And in my profile, I can't pull up my agreement cuz it responds:
ERROR. RESERVATION HAS OPEN TICKET
so for the entire duration of this rental - I have no way of pulling up my agreement??
ErrorReservation has an open ticket
