I noticed yesterday in Ho Chi Minh City that store workers were no longer wearing face masks in a few stores I went to. I haven't heard that the government has relaxed the rule, but mask use among pedestrians has steadily declined in the past few weeks. People are accustomed to wearing masks while on motorbikes, so you do still see them there. The city is pretty much back to normal, with all businesses allowed to be open.
