We do too. As we start to see the world opening up, if the US doesn't open up travel for us Brits before the fall we'll begin contingency planning by looking for 'creative' options to avoid any UK-originating restrictions.
Nothing to stop you going now as long as you’re able and willing to spend two weeks in a country that’s not on Trump’s naughty list first, or are prepared to lie to a CBP agent (probably not recommended).
