Once again, the border with Canada is closed until the 21st of July at least. Nothing else will open for the ROW until that opens. I would not get my hopes up.
The US is not closed to the rest of the world, travel is only restricted for those who have been present in certain countries (specifically mentioned in the Presidential Proclamations) in the 14 days prior to arrival in the US.
