Although it took six steps and a chargeback, I did finally get a refund to credit card for my LIS-BCN flight.
Oddly, it's the one I want a voucher for that is taking forever. I won two TAP round trip business class tickets at a charity auction which I booked for 6/4-6/14. The flights have been canceled since at least May 5, which is when I started engaging with TAP Marketing USA. They offered to issue a voucher in the amount I paid, which I accepted. Despite several followup attempts, they've never actually issued that voucher.
I suspect I could win a chargeback, but the charity would get the money clawed back. Since they goods are officially "not received," the clock is now ticking on whether I can even request one. So frustrated.
