Mr. Reiners also explicitly laid out United's apparent failure to timely update its designation of agent for service of process, and he indicates that this wasted several hours of his time making what he later learned was defective service. Despite being on notice of this problem for at least a week at this point, puzzlingly United
still hasn't updated its designation of agent for service of process.
