I have tickets booked for July 2nd. Not planning to travel due to epidemic. I have tried text, phone and Whatsapp but just can't seem to reach an agent at Virgin Atlantic to understand my options and settle my three tickets. It it advisable just to drive to SFO and stand in line to speak to an agent? I appreciate your opinions gentlepeople.
