This is probably a stupid question and I hope has a simple answer.

Due to lockdown etc I’m cutting it mighty fine to requalify for Elite this year. So much so that I’m looking at hitting the required number on the very final day. At least, I hope.

If the app is telling me I have to earn 30 points “by 15 Jun 2020” does that include 15 June? Or is it *before* 15 June?
