WHo did you email to and how long did it take them to respond? 3 days???
In an email to the website (customer care) I mentioned the AA challenge, a really bad flight experience on CO and the fact that I have flown 4 segments a week for the last 2 months and that I now have 29 segments and would like to start my next flight as an elite. I have not heard back from them in 6 weeks.... so I have flown AA since...

Any help would be greatly appreciated
