We usually use the small corn tortillas for fish and shrimp. Flour for other...although I think we're having chicken tacos tonight on corn (my wife is cooking and I saw both in the pantry, but the corn are new

). I agree the "street" size are perfect, especially for fish and shrimp. They allow me to cut fish fillets into "fish stick" size, which fit perfectly in the tortilla with the slaw.
