Starwood Melbourne.

Its disappointing to lose a Starwood hotel in Melbourne. Incidentally the Sheraton Auckland will also become a Langham.
Having stayed and eaten at the Sheraton many times I feel it has not adequately reflected its Luxury Collection status. Appointments and rooms are of high standard, but it is let down by the food and service in its only restaurant. Buffet food leaves much to be desired, so much so I stopped eating there, and service is scarcely in existence.
At the Westin food and restaurant service are now of high standard, after some lapses a year or so ago.
The disappointment at the Westin is the lack of an Executive Club floor and lounge.
Would be good if Starwood have a replacement hotel in mind.
What about a Four Points at Caulfield racecourse?
