Show as a Category 4 and it state it will open Dec 2020.

Did a search and it was first mentioned as 1 of the 2 new hotels back in 2016 (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/26877356-post190.html)

Both new hotels show up now on Marriott web site for about a month now. While most of the initial comments might apply to both properties, but thought to open separate thread as we might have different discussion down the road.
