on a different note
Tkt was gotten bu using UR pts. I know if I book eg an AA flight and in fact its a code share with BA and its on BA metal, then it must be disclosed from get go. Anyone know whats the story if you book a flight say on BA where its BA metatl and not a code share flight but in the end it turns out the tkt was issued on AA stock (AA/BA arte not the carriers involved). to make matters worse Chase says you have a voucher to fly on BA for a year, but AA doesnt fly to your final destination nor the original connecting city booked on BA. Bt law did Chase have to make it known from the get go that although you are booking BA flights and arent flyinmg on a code-share or at anytime on AA metal that your tkt is an AA tkt and not a BA tkt.
Yes complaint sent in to DOT, also replied to the DOTs agent letter back from the complaint asking the above still no reply. Whats the difference , if I need to go to small claims alot easier if Chase had to make the issuer of the tkt known and didnt and let them go after the its own refund
TIA
