I am shopping for a new cashback card, and was wondering if there's any summary out there on which cards do not require a minimum reward balance when redeeming?

I tried to lookup this info, which is a little hard to find since it's usually buried in the fine print. AFAIK the citi double cash card has a $25 minimum. Cash rewards for all capital one cards, as well as the Apple card, can be redeemed at any amount.

In particular, would anyone with the HSBC cash rewards mastercard be able to comment whether this card has a minimum?
