Sheraton in Cha-am is a "big resort" type place, but not Sheraton Pranburi: only 53 rooms. Quite private actually and with many people staying in their villa, you never see big crowds.
Barai is without any doubt far superior, but also the price tag is a multiple of Sheraton Pranburi (2-3x?).

Correct, Platinum happy hour is now eliminated unfortunately. Only the breakfast benefit and room upgrades remain.
