That has been the case for years. I feel like I first started looking at tariffs in 2015 or 2016 and I think it was just domestic/international back then.
2. It appears now connections can be of up to 24 hours regardless of domestc, transborder or international. While in the past it was four hours for the previous two cases. 24 hours only for international.
I wonder the AC website will actually reflect that. It would be nice to be able to have reasonable overnights in YYZ.
