corky, what have you got going in the kitchen this week? What will I want to make here? 😁
lol
It is always nice to have validation ...stranger or not. I posted last nights dinner of grilled salmon under the What's for dinner thread...had leftovers tonight and will again tomorrow even though i will be sick of it by then. The surprise of last night's dinner was the corn on the cob rolled in toasted panko..fun but needs some work. Maybe try rolling in crushed Cheetos next time. Lol
Either shrimp or lamb chops on deck...both in the freezer now. I am a girl who grills so that's my go to. I like to eat seasonal so will see.what's at the farmers market tomorrow . I usually go with the lamb chops because i kind of feel like the rack should be done in the oven but your photo is pretty inspiring .
