The changes to international first class are currently

1. Hot towels replaced with one time wet wipes.
2. No magazines available

Though catering from the UK is affected by the restrictions placed on the catering operations in the UK.

Of course the crews are wearing masks, gloves, etc. But that does not affect the service too much.
