These changes may be older, but what I noticed was:

1. There are now only two tariffs. No longer a transborder one.

2. It appears now connections can be of up to 24 hours regardless of domestc, transborder or international. While in the past it was four hours for the previous two cases. 24 hours only for international.

Again, not sure when these changes took place. But yes, I was surprised.
