I noticed that Aegean is selling a routing via Athens for more than if the 2 segments are purchased separately on 2 separate tickets. My question is, when I get to the airport, will the check in counter check my bag through to the final destination, or will I have to collect my checked back in Athens and recheck the bag in for the second segment?

Both tickets are with Aegean.
