I am seriously disappointed with both the service offered and the ethical decisions that AaronGrant has made. I booked summer airline tickets through AranGrant before everything happened with COVID-19. My flights have been cancelled outright by the airline and the airline has said that ALL money has been returned to the travel agent but AaronGrant REFUSES to give me my money back. They will only return my money if I PAY THEM 15% of the total cost of the ticket. It is INSANE TO ME. They are essentially profiteering off customers during one of the biggest recessions ever. It’s like taking a massive double hit from a GREEDY business.
At no point during the booking process was I informed that they would be stealing my money if the airline cancelled my ticket. AGAIN, THIS IS COMPLETELY OUTSIDE OF MY CONTROL and yet I’m required to pay a travel agent to release the remainder of my money that they’re unlawfully holding.
I had really high hopes that AranGrant would be a business I could continue to use with my travel planning but had I known what a disgustingly unethical and greedy company AaronGrant is I would have NEVER booked with them in the first place. You should be ashamed of yourself—taking advantage of people during their most vulnerable times.

I have a hunch my problem with Arangrant is just beginning. My flight to Europe just got cancelled and I booked in Feb 2020 on Kayak site with AG. I called and they said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I got a call center in India. I then went online and looked at TrustPilot and found many recent reviews on AG and that they were charging high fees for cancelled flights booked through them. Of not all reviews prior to the Coronavirus issue are very good. Those after the beginning are extremely poor after mid March. Just thinking I am preparing for a long battle.
