Partially flown tickets are difficult and United.com can't handle these; you'll have to call to rebook.

I've contacted UA again and they verified the following:
1) June 30th deadline does not apply to my ticket (Issued in Feb 13 2020).
2) As this is a partially flown ticket, the validity of the ticket is 1 year from the date of departure (Feb 23 2020).
3) Change Fees are waived.
4) Pay fare difference only (hopefully it's not gonna be alot).
