Mirage > PH > Tropicana. The Trop may be the worst place I ever stayed on the Strip, though Vegas World (on the site now occupied by the Strat) wasn't far behind. Mirage was near the top of the heap when it opened in late 80s, but has long since been surpassed by the newer properties. That said the pool, rooms and restaurants are perfectly serviceable. I can't say the same about the Trop.
