The Hyatt Union Station in St. Louis is definitely historic.

Also, note that the Hyatt Rickey's in Palo Alto is about to be torn down, to be replaced with mixed use retail/condos. The Rickey's has gone WAY downhill in the last few years, so much so that the Pritzker family took the Hyatt name and moved it--technically, it's now Rickey's, a Hyatt Hotel, rather than the Hyatt Rickey's (which everybody here on the Peninsula still calls it).
