When I click the "Use future flight credit" button (which is the only option given), it just goes to a new flight search and when I search it goes to an error. Seems pretty screwed up on UA website lol.... Guess we'll just have to decide a return date by June 30th so there's no change fees, thanks WineCountryUA.
June 30 does not apply here. If UA cancelled the flight then you can re-book at any time without a change fee during the validity of the ticket. The June 30 deadline (which may or not be extended) is for voluntary changes only.
Partially flown tickets are difficult and United.com can't handle these; you'll have to call to rebook.
