What does anyone think the odds of me making Aruba in October are?

Would be flying from the UK to Aruba via Amsterdam. I think I have a good chance but there are just so many factors in play these days. Will KLM run the flight? Will the Netherlands allow in transit passengers? Will Aruba be allowing British citizens in? Will the UK still have its 14 day quarantine on arrival?

I did some research and this was what I found (perhaps this process can help others with travel plans in Q4)
- Will KLM run the flight? Looking on their website it seems they are now running a 1 weekly through June, increasing to a 3 weekly from July (promising)
- Will Netherlands allow in transit passengers? Well from June 15th they will allow all EU/EEA citizens apart from UK and Sweden. So hoping by October that will have been relaxed.
- Will Aruba let me in? This is unclear, only thing I can find is Aruba plans to resume inbound travel from July 1st, however no specifics yet, no nationality list, no details on quarantine or covid test requirement, however rival locations like Bahamas, Jamaica and Antigua are reopening without such requirements so there is hope
- UK quarantine? Looks like it will be relaxed from June 29 onwards, however no details as of yet on which countries will be exempt, however both the Netherlands and Aruba would be strong contenders due to having much lower covid19 infeciton rates than the UK

On the whole I would say the odds are pretty good however still very very reluctant to book yet. Probably will leave it another month or so.
