This is one of several legal actions. There is one against the lockdown, one against the quarantine, one against the illegal removal of EU citizenship from British nationals, one against the British citizens residing in the EU who were denied a vote in the referendum. The legal challenge train is going to hit the Johnson government like a train. I predict a very miserable next 4 years for him indeed.
